the LinkedIn cheat code that gets you clients

Stop posting on LinkedIn.

Seriously.

If you're struggling to get clients, posting more content isn't the answer.

I know that sounds backwards →

Everyone's telling you to post daily, share your expertise, and build your personal brand.

While the freelancers who figured out the LinkedIn cheat code are booking clients left and right…

The problem:

You’re on LinkedIn to get more clients, but not getting a worthwhile ROI given the amount of time you spend on the platform.

The benefit of solving it:

Build a steady pipeline of warm prospects without constant content creation.

Why what you’ve tried has failed:

You’re spending all your precious time and energy on creating content, thinking it will lead to more clients.

Here’s how to solve it:

With my Comment Ladder Strategy, which turns 15 minutes of strategic commenting into more leads than hours of posting.

Instead of commenting randomly wherever you feel like it, you target three specific tiers of people.

Think of it like a ladder you're climbing to get visible (and get clients) →

Tier 1: Creators Your Dream Clients Follow

These are the thought leaders your ideal clients are already stalking…

I mean, following 😉

Gary V. Alex Hormozi. Those types.

When you drop value bombs in their comment sections, you're basically borrowing their credibility.

Their audience sees your face next to something smart, and you instantly have authority.

Tier 2: Your Industry Peers

Wedding photographers commenting on wedding planner posts.

Copywriters engaging with designers.

I think you get the point →

Your clients are seeing this content anyway.

If you're consistently showing up in these conversations, you build credibility through proximity.

Like, "Oh, this person knows everyone in the space."

Tier 3: Dream Clients Themselves

This one's sneaky good.

You comment directly on your ideal clients' posts.

Thoughtful and helpful comments – no pitching (that’s spammy)!

They will start recognizing your name as you continue to engage with their content.

Your dream clients are getting familiar with you without any sales pressure.

Pick 9 accounts total, 3 per tier.

Bookmark them & leave thoughtful comments 3 times per week on each account's posts.

(and NOT "Great post!" garbage. Leave actual insights.)

Now here's the part that'll blow your mind...

LinkedIn still works like old-school social media →

When someone comments on a post, it shows up in their entire network's feed.

So every strategic comment you leave gets in front of that person's connections, too.

That's why this method beats posting content every single day.

You're getting visibility in rooms where people are already paying attention.

And when they keep seeing your name pop up with smart stuff to say, they start learning that you know what you're talking about.

After about 30 days of this, you start getting DMs from people you've never directly talked to.

They've just seen your face next to valuable insights so many times that when they need your service, you're the first person they think of.

It's like becoming famous without the content creation grind.

Best,

Jamie
