3 keys missing from your freelance biz

It's 11:47 PM and you're still at your laptop…like usual.
You've been grinding for 14 hours straight, surviving on coffee and the delusion that "just one more hour" will finally move the needle.
Your bank account tells a different story.
Despite working more hours than your friends with corporate jobs...
Sacrificing your weekends, social events, AND your sanity...
you're still making the same inconsistent income you were six months ago.
While there are freelancers out there working 30hrs a week and living the life you thought freelancing would give you.
Why???
Well if you’re really, truly honest with yourself…
You look at everyone else and think that they’re better than you, and maybe you’re just not cut out for the whole freelancer thing.
You’re in your head, doubting yourself left and right.
But it’s really got nothing to do with WHO you are.
Those thoughts are just head games that keep you stuck, under-earning and under-performing.
What separates struggling freelancers from high-earning ones comes down to 3 critical missing components in your business (everything else is bullshit until you nail these 3 things)…
And until you understand what they are, you'll keep grinding yourself into the ground while watching everyone else build sustainable businesses.
So pay attention and take notes!
#1: You're playing client roulette
You've been conditioned to believe that "good work speaks for itself" and clients will just magically find you.
But they won't.
While you're waiting for the universe to send you clients, others are systematically building pipelines that never run dry.
#2: You're pricing based on fear
By competing on price instead of value, you're always one cheaper competitor away from losing everything.
Meanwhile, your competitor who charges 3x what you do is booked solid for the next three months.
Because they understand something you don't →
Clients don't want the cheapest option.
They want the option that makes them feel confident they're making the right choice.
#3: You're trying to figure out everything alone
Freelancing doesn't have to be a solitary death march.
You need other people who understand the unique psychological warfare of building a freelance business.
People who are 5 steps ahead of you, can see your blind spots, and who've already navigated the pitfalls you're struggling with.
Without that community, you're pretty much wandering in the dark, hoping you'll stumble onto the right path.
The freelancers making consistent $12K+ months aren't working longer hours than you...
They learned the systems, mastered their pricing, and found their people.
Plot twist → none of them started out knowing this stuff.
They all had to learn it somewhere.
And next week, I'm re-opening The Freelancing Program that's helped over 1,000 freelancers escape these cycles for good.
I hope you will join them.
Best,
Jamie
P.S. Look, I know how this goes…
You'll read this, think "that sounds great," then get busy with client work and forget all about it.
If you're tired of that cycle and want to get early access to the new & improved Freelancing Program before the official launch next week (and be the first to see our new, lower pricing structure 👀), just reply "DONE WAITING TFP" and I'll hook you up.
